Do I need to speak Dari/Farsi already?
No. D1 starts with the script and the basics. English or German helps you understand. D2–D5 build on the levels before them.
Are D1 to D5 a single app?
No. Each level is a standalone app with its own content and progress. They share a consistent design and basic controls.
Can I use Alef Mad on my phone?
The guides and five short demo lessons work in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. The full apps are planned for the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Microsoft Store. Store links will follow after release.
Do I need an account?
This website and its demos do not require an account. Demo progress, homework and writing sheets are saved in this browser, separately for each level. You can download and restore a demo backup.
